Cisco's Auto Check Service & Sales

I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt this one is well deserved. I brought my Mercedes in for a rear air suspension issue that turned out to be extremely rare and difficult to diagnose. The problem only happened occasionally and often didn’t even trigger any error codes, which made it even more challenging. The owner went above and beyond - he personally came to pick up my car (I live about 2 miles away) and kept it at the shop to continue testing and trying to reproduce the issue. The entire process took quite a long time, but despite all the effort and time spent, he didn’t charge me any labor fees since the root cause hadn’t been fully confirmed yet. That level of honesty and integrity is something you don’t see often. Another thing I truly appreciated is their patience and kindness. English is not my first language, and I’m not familiar with automotive terms at all. The owner and his team took the time to explain everything clearly, multiple times if needed, and made sure I fully understood. That made me feel very comfortable and built a lot of trust. In the past, I’ve had stressful experiences with other shops due to communication barriers, but this was completely differ

I took my Car to Cisco’s for the second time today (my car is older and the Chevy dealer won’t work on it anyone, but the Chevy service guy referred me to Cisco because he takes his car here). It can be scary to take your car to new service spot because so often they try to charge you for things you don’t need. Cisco is so friendly, honest, and fair with service and pricing. I drive past multiple places to come here because of the great service and friendly staff!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!! You are in great hands at Cisco’s!

Angel and Cisco are the best. They repaired my Range Rover for a 3rd of the price I received from other mechanic shops. They even followed up a week after the repairs to ensure the car was driving smoothly. I would highly recommend these guys. I would drive all the way from OKC to TX because these guys are genuinely honest and would good at what they do.

Cisco is very professional. I’ve taken my car here for different repairs & he delivers every time at a great cost & in a timely manner. I feel at ease knowing I can finally rely on a mechanic without worrying about getting ripped off.

Updating this post from a year ago. Back then, I simply said: "Always dependable." Let me elaborate: Yesterday my son received an exorbitant quote from a shop in Denton to repair his Tundra. I suggested he drive it an hour away to Cisco's for a second opinion. Auto Check diagnosed it first thing this morning for $4500 less than the other shop and had it completed before the end of the day. It's absolutely worth the hour drive each way for this kind of integrity and service. That's why I've used this shop for almost 20 years. Two decades of proven ethics and workmanship that I've experienced first-hand, as well as the friends I've referred to them. I highly recommend Auto Check for ALL your auto service needs!
